bigal windy cool and wet but still enjoyable race. got a flypast from the search and rescue helicopter from RAF Boulmer as we ran along the beach which was great,you dont get that in many races .......

Mick the slug Although not a great time, still faster than previous attempt at this event by about 25 seconds.. I'd also just cycled 60 miles the day before and did my legs tell me that every step of the Way?!?

TheScribbler Really nice scenic route and a well organised race. Quite a tough course with a few long inclines over 1km of beach running, then a bit over dunes and up hill at 5/6 km.
