Agent Orange Good run, especially considering the heat. Began steadily enough with the aim of going sub-37. The last couple of miles were pretty hard, but just managed to keep going and met the target.

garkbit Didcot 5 - spurred on my Adrienne beforehand that I was expected to put in a good time, being the 4th fastest Headington Road Runner there today, and we stood a chance of beating Woodstock, I managed to up my game and average a fraction over 7-minute-miles for the whole 5 mile race today.
