ThorntonRunner Haven'done this before, but when I ran the 5k in the spring, did first mile in 5:45. Not sure how my speed is compared to that. Would be disappointed with slower than 6:00, ecstatic with sub 5:30. UPDATE: Well came in one second under prediction! Again went off too fast, but overall happy with that.
