DANBERT This was a cracking little race involving a two lap 'multi terrain' course, with connecting stretches of cross country, trail, stony paths, grass paths, earth tracks, canal tow paths, shady woods, football pitches, mud, stiles and quite a few hilly sections too. I really enjoyed the run it’s definitely my kind of thing. The time is irrelevant in terms of comparison with road races etc because of the nature of the course. Measured at 4.9 miles with 940 ft of climbing
