selwyn This was my first measured 10km race when I completed it last year. Went out too fast 20min first 5km and suffered the hills between 3 and 4 miles. Finished it in 51mins. Want to finish it in around 48mins this year. Be careful of the hills and enjoy the wonderful countryside views. ***post race update. Finished in 46mins 15secs. Hurt like mad but new 10k PB on a very hard race.
