About this parkrun
Out and back course with a loop round the boating lake at the far end. (Occasional winter variant out, back, out, back) Nearly all paved with 200m of grass in each direction. Slightly downhill going out, gives uphill drag coming back. Parking and WC.WildeRover 7th Jan 2019
Fast and flat, out and back course with two variants, season dependent. Easy to find, good parking and facilities. Road shoes will be fine as mainly all on tarmac.

Get here early as parking can be an issue. Alternative parking at railway station/ Morrison's.
Mostly tarmac with grass section that can get extremely muddy after rain. Occasional winter variant which misses the grass and the loop around the lake.
