Running Beans Done the race no real training for this race. Still contemplating whither to run the Vancouver Marathon next year. But these plans and races were all placed on hold as we were trying to sort out some problems with our jobs in Canada. Was still able however despite all that was going on around me to maintain my 36 minute 10K's
