bigleggy Number 81 First 10K ever so this will set the standard to beat :-) Had a sore throat in the week up to this so might not run it. I'll have to see how it feels on the day. Boy it was hot !!!!!! But a well organised race that was very relaxed. Started off too fast and was overtaking people to begin with which was a bad sign. Course was a three lap course. Got overtaken by the leaders (twice I think !!!!) but managed to keep going despite the heat. Raised a sprint for the finish having seen my watch at 57 mins and was determined to try and get under the hour. I made it - I'm made up :-)
