KatieB This was a real unknown to me. Just didn't know what to aim for especially with the hill at 2.5k. Ended up with first k 4.5min, slower for the next 3 and last was about 4.5min again. Pretty pleased, no pb, but great organisation, t-shirt and atmosphere.

Slow Going COR... dreams become reality. I have no idea how I managed to run this fast - actual time (start to finish, rather than gun to tape) was about 20:40, but there were numerous funrunners that required weaving around in the first 500m or so
