CStar 1st ever Half IM. Wasn't last in the swim and really enjoyed the bike where I went really well up until about 45 miles where I started to cramp up a little in my glutes. NB Don't wear extra cycle shorts if u are going to use Tri bars numbnuts :-) Run hard as started to cramp a little in Hamstrings and v tired so adopted a run 5 mins march 2 mins approach. Still managed a decent pace when runnning.
