cake muncher Placed 4th / 2nd vet. Had a great run. One of those few times when everything just clicks into place. Nice cooling rain helped a lot!

RichyC First time doing this race and I think first time I've done a 5m race. Will also be my first race outing since Edinburgh marathon so will be interesting to see how I get on. UPDATE: Small scale run but fairly well organised a good cakes at the end. Totally lashed down the whole night but was glad of the rain to keep me cool. A few tough uphill sections so was happy enough with my time, although need to learn to kick on and push through the pain barrier at times.
