Cornwall 10k - St Eval

paskha 6th 10K / 1st Cornwall - St Eval 10K - the one they call EVIL!! At last a better time for a 10K - PB today!! It's mostly flat, run on roads round the airfield, often VERY HOT with no shade - EVIL!! It was HOT and in the 6th mile I felt drained, but was very pleased to get under 45 mins to 5 miles (44:46). I was 2nd FV50, got a bottle of wine and won a raffle prize - I chose a huge home-made orange cake (gave a big chunk to Ronnie who'd given me a lift). So now after my first five 10Ks with things NOT GOOD happening - I enter the phase of
