plodding hippo first half in 2.10 rain, hail sun, wind Then bad guts-five stops had to WALK the last five miles because of the pain Not happy at all Is like I have gone back to the bad old days of being the crappy slow person at the back with excuses :(

now andyk2708 GET IN !!! Got cramp at 22.5 miles, had to walk for 1.5 miles, but still under 4 hours. According to the Connemara Website the result is provisional, and I certain I clocked 16secs as I passed the finish line....
