Richard Peevor Looking forward to this but after the Gower 10K - very apprehensive - just hoping it won't be 15 miles! Haven't got a clue about what time I'll get round in. Ended up 2:35.58 and it was nearly 15 miles! Well 14.47 on my garmin..

Pepsi Wanted to beat the average time of 2:29 which I did - excelllent run, enjoyable views, slight bottle neck at beginning, taxing course, came 13 out of the females of which there were about 60 plus
