Club La Santa Weekly 5K Race - Week 12

Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
Vicksta Surprise 5K PB at Club La Santa. Was supposed to be running the 10K but my hamstring was really dodgy and I nearly pulled up in the first 100m. Decided at 1.5 miles that I was only doing the 5K. This race was by no means flat (though no where near as hilly as the Harlow course) but as I was not all out all the way I think this time is beatable. Very pleased as first PB since having Alex! Was 2nd Lady. The winner was also supposed to be doing 10k but got a 5k PB and stopped!
