Scott S A little bit congested at the start due to a narrow road and had to run single file at one point due to a car coming along the road from behind. Better than anticipated - couldn't even manage 2 miles on Monday after being ill over the previous few days. Still need to run my own race rather than use people as pacemakers - too much runnning at their pace of say 6:50 min/mile when I should be 20-30 secs faster at the least. Still, a nice new PB :)
