controversial Well if that is not a PB, I have destroyed my previous PB by more than 2 minutes!! In total honesty there are rumours that 75 m where missing on the distance. Still very good result! Race wasn't too bad but the organisation was not the best as teh loos arrived 15 mins before start time!

weeble Approx watch time. Wasn't even hopefully of sub-50 mins, but tried my new strategy of erm, 'running faster' (well starting off fast and seeing how long I could keep it up) and it seems to work! First non-neg-split race - not having anything 'in reserve' felt a bit wierd (didn't have much left at the end) but the time speaks for itself! :-)
