Roadrunner Bark I did the Annual 'Christian-Aid Run' today In what was a glorious day,very warm!! I finished 1ST again this year and bang..... I broke the Course-Record by 49 Seconds previously been set since 1998!! I have added this Race as a PB as I also smashed my Time from last year's race by 1 min & 23 secs. The organisers said that my Time was 38:42, tho I had 38:29 on the Garmin and they were adding on time for stoppages at X2 different time spots!! Im really pleased with how I run today and Im thrilled with my performance and result, as I always enjoy running at this event which was very well organised and a great charity for all the proceeds to go to.I now look forward to 2010 to lower the Record even more!
