Lisrun I really enjoyed this race when I did it in October 2005. All along the beach so perfectly flat, but not expecting a PB. *AFTER* Race started further up the beach and turned out to be 5.52m, so the time is not realistic for 10K. Lovely run with good views of Bamburgh Castle and the Farne Islands. Again a strong wind but this time it affected us on the way out and coming back was easy.
