shannon poor time, although higher hr than last thur so effort was there(ish). excuses: v windy, looks like a delayed reaction to 10 days off running and rubbish mindset. anyway, fun race and an absolute bargain - commentary, fancy warm up, 3 drinks, good crowds and atmosphere, 5 crates of bananas and mill shortbread at the finish....that's me got my lunch sorted for this week at least. plus it's for charity.
