pacman Happen to be in NY when this race is on so I thought I would enter for the practise - anything below 55 mins would be good, sub 9min miling... 10km kidney Race in Central Park. Had to stop to go to toilet after 1 mile and lost 40 secs there, rest of race was pretty tough but still it was nice to do. Planning for 10km next month so this was only a warm up anyway. around 8:30 miling anyway which is pretty nice :-)
