Dave_K This is my watch time as I cannot find the official results. This was a good race. Found myself running with two Motherwell AC runners, who I have to thank for pulling me to a Pb. Hard work but really nice day. * Update* Official time 1 second faster than watch time.

Dvorak Probably not PB, but an improvement on last 10K. *Update* faster than expected, enjoyed it (bar big hill). First stadium start/finish: Lochpark Stadium, home of Carluke Rovers JFC, and with a tarmac running track round the pitch. Lap of track at both ends of run. Certainly helped my 'sprint' finish. Race half urban, half rural, conditions a little humid. Downhill K2 put pace a bit faster than intended. Passed a handful between Ks 2 and 6, then caught up with similar paced guy and chatted back to stadium. Suspect 9K marker wrong, else I ran last K in 4:31!
