DaveC2009 Had about 3 stops for 20s rests, poorly paced near the beginning where I ran the first km up front and in 2m37s (although I questioned the measurement board there), finished with a strong sprint across the finish line. Course was in poor condition due to very bad weather (extremely windy the night before and raining for last 24 hrs), lightened up during the race but big puddles and very muddy grass made for some extra challenges during the race.
