Ebb Lovely friendly race through the beautiful countryside of Yorkshire, preceded by some nice sections and some industrial wastelands of Lancashire (can you tell I'm a Tyke?!). The aid stations were excellent - manned by encouraging, knowledgeable runners, who had a real empathy with the participants. Allowing for a delayed start due to the toilet queue, the race was well organised, with a great medal and what would've been a great T-Shirt if it hadn't been chosen by someone who was colourblind (black writing on dark grey can't be seen!) I've done it twice, and once I've forgotten how painful 50k is, I may do it again.
