Gokeith not bad race,took stitch around half way point,slowed and lost couple of places,couldn't catch up.3rd year i've ran this race,it always seems much longer than 10k,but good fun.

shannon weird night for a race, a Friday. Great idea though as you smuggly go round an assault course thinking of your sad work colleagues working on their Sat morn hangover. A race to be enjoyed....leave the watch at home. It is Ek after all, someone will nick it.
