AlanO Using the race as speed work in preparation for Glasgow Half and Berlin Marathon. Splits 18.43 / 20.07. Horrendous wind on the way back which put paid to a decent time. Still reasonably happy though.

Billy-Whizz-Haining Bit better time this week after a slight dip in form over the last couple of weeks, too much racing methinks, but a sub 38 is in sight, however not for a while yet as the Great Scottish is next, if i wind down right then a PB could be in the offing.
