Bushy Park Time Trial

Caterpillar I cycled there, and round the course, before running it so wasn't up for a PB. With the extra 30 metres added to the course and I'm chuffed to bits with this result. Only 15 seconds off a PB in windy conditions. My second fastest and third time inside 20 mins. Great stuff!

Hollywoof! Sorry to the (Bouncer) gamblers... ran out easy - discovered the 20 miler was in my legs still... then shadowed Shiraz until half way when I turned into pace maker for her - she got a 60 second PB! Stunning (and not at all worrying!)

Puffing Bertie Grrrrrrrrr the race was longer today........my garmin made it 3.38miles. So if it was the same race as last week i would have defo got a PB, but it wasnt so i didnt! grrrrrrrrrr! It was funny cos i knew i was doing well and my miles splits were better than last week so i just couldnt understand why i hadnt got a PB till i remembered on the way home that we started a few mtrs back. RATS! Oh well and now I am away for a few weeks!
