AndyBes Hard, did well first few miles good times, then got tired and slowed. end result good time for first ever 10 mile race and first time ran longer than 8.5 miles in one go! and only decided night before. very pleased, not too tired after it and managed a sprint to the finish, thanks to sugs and others cheering and clapping. enjoyed it, i think!
