steeplechaser Great start to Year. Very cold, but sunny & no wind. First run for 3 weeks. First attempt at Chi Running so lots of focus on breathing, relaxation & posture. No aches despite falling in the bog twice. Nice to see Helen R. Tough climbing to top of Brown Willy in view of lack of running lately.
