Boycie Bit disappointed, but conditions were very hot and the course had a climb on each lap that was enough, to add 20s per lap to your time, so all in all, mustn't complain. Felt exhausted, but kept overtaking people, no one came past me in the whole race, so guess I was running strong even if it didn't feel like it!!!

JeffP Poor run - lost fitness due to injury. Time at 8K poor so lost focus (and quite a lot of places) towards end. Could be a quickish course and the conditions okay - warm but little wind.
