Impossible is Nothing Good PB (at last), ran pretty well but still found it hard to push in the 4th km. Had an allergic reaction to sawdust yesterday, but didn;t seem to affect tonight. Very pleased. Just got to beat Boycie now. Result 18th out of 119

Boycie well i ran to prediction - good final position - maybe 15th. Tired at start and a good old case of cba but started steady and felt strong throughout the race :-)
