Boycie Still not feeling great, so tried to pace Diki round to a 20m 5k, the deal was we would run together to the bridge and then I would push on. Got to 3km in 12.01 so on schedule, but the hill took it our of him and he sadly faded. I managed a pleasing final 2km in 7.06, with splits of 3.36 and 3.30 I think...
