Boycie Good race - althugh nearly didn't make it - as far from ideal preparation being up until 4am at a combination of a running club casino night, a kareoke at the Black Horse and then various sillyness at Trev's until the wee hours!!! The race itself commences with a big hill and then down round a golf course, along a cycle track for what seems like ages and then finally through a farmer's field up to the finish. Finished 8th overall out of about 150ish, so good effort!!!

Beccals not sure if I'm running - don't bet on me. happy with time. Horrid start with massive up hill. Very wet underfoot as mainly run off road. Put a 7.30min mile in so pleased.
