About this parkrun

Lovely run along the sea front, a little rise a couple of hundred yards in but majority on the flat. Consists of 2 full loops and ends on the promenade. Plenty of space after beginning bottleneck.

2 1/2 fairly flat laps on the seafront , potentially a PB course if the weather allows
