festerarl Very muggy and had a migraine before the race, but OK in it. Loads of people going faster and even though I was trying to pace myself and had a Garmin I did a 3m58s 2nd km (4.13,3.58,4.35,5.02, 4.00). Annoyed with myself for that as I could have given it more welly on the 3rd and 4th K's had I nto gone so fast. Was 22m16s last time so an improvement (albeit I was getting over an injury then).
