CottamRunner After flying back from Coningsby via Marham, arriving at Warton at 6pm, I just made it to the race! Was pretty tired and still a bit stiff from Monday's 20 miler. Watch was well out (again) - this time measuring short - so splits questionable. Some 20 secs slower than last year's PB - not surprising. Splits: 3.46 / 4.08 / 4.03 / 4.05 / 4.02 (5k 20.04) / 3.55 / 1.01 (0.3k - not 0.44).
