Blackmores Sydney Marathon

bigfatjoe Last year's marathon was 3:55:47.  I would like to improve on this quite significantly, but it depends on how my interval training goes between now and then.  I would like under 3:45, but we will see.
Update on 9/9/14:  I would no longer be happy with 3:45.  The aim is sub 3:30.  Pace of 4:58 per km would give me 3:29:36.  Depending on weather and me getting over the flu - I am hoping getting it 2 weeks out was enough for me to recover to be able to do sub 3:30.  I will start at this pace (I have been training for this the whole way through my training) and so have faith that I can negative split the race and do it!
