man,slow Many thanks to BCT for such a great event for all us tri virgins. Bloody hard work considering such short distance's, disappointed to have lost my medal tho!!! :-(.

Pinks I really don't have much of a clue as to how long this will actually take, and I don't know where I am supposed to add in the transition time, but here goes. Bring it on Fantastic. Abs loved it. Was great to do and want to do more
