_andy Pushed really hard and only forced to walk on a couple of points (steep bit before the gate and final ascent to the first top), but just flowed backwards through the field for the first ten minutes. Managed to pull back three places on the way up to the first top, a couple more once the descending started, then lost a couple and gained a couple towards the end. A bit miffed at being 14s slower than last year, but legs were still tired from a 2,000ft push up a hill on Friday after work (silly me)
