Mr BDR Absolutely chuffed to bits with today! The swim went well, slightly slower than I wanted but I was in the mix with the others for the first time in an event so that was interesting (5:35)... My best ever T1 (1:46), a little wobbly but much speedier than usual. Fantastic bike leg, which I was really pleased with 27:36 for 9.45 miles (ave. 20.5mph). T2 was only 49.6 seconds! The final run was 15.59, although I was tiring by this point and paying for my effort on the bike! (Offical results: Swim 5:38, Bike (and both transitions) 30:06 and run 16:02. I came in 17th overall - out of 100 - and 7th in the bike!)
