Mazza aka Fitso 400m pool swim, 25k bike, 5k run split times; S 9.08; B 51.53;R 22.38. 5th FV40. 17th female overall. Could've been a minute or so faster. Swim was a bit slower than I've done before because of lane changes, but felt quite consistent. Lost a bit of time in T1 but had a good bike and passed a lot of people. Run felt slower than it actually was, so quite pleased overall especially as I've hardly swum for weeks and still had the remnants of a cold.
