Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

#runningman 🏃 3rd race of East Midlands Grand Prix Series.
Have run well in 2 previous races.
Bit of confusion over my 'official' time for this race. Crossed the line at 41.18 but my time was given as 41.25 as there was a delay between crossing the line and my number being taken by the marshal at the finish. One of the perils of races with no chip timing.
So I am crediting myself with the time on my watch as I know it was totally accurate due to the fact that I started it when I crossed the start and stopped it as I crossed the finish.
This maintains my current good run of form and gives me another fantastic PB....the third in 3 weeks!!.

No.8 ™ Ran as a tempo run and had a great time. First couple of miles legs felt dead, but then they livened up and I pushed on. Ran the race in close proximity to DrBob, working off of each other. Wish all tempo runs were this good.
