This is a three lap, clockwise course. The course starts 80m to the left of the Café entrance. From here, it goes straight ahead and follows the tarmac path to just before the subway, and turn right up an unmade footpath etc

About this parkrun

3 laps, mix of trail (maintained park) and tarmac path. Undulates but not too badly, nice cafe, limited parking

A few minor ups & downs but nothing too serious. Some trail in good condition & some tarmac

Nice course. Ran in March after plenty of rain, so part of the course was muddy, and a little treacherous for a Bambi on ice like me. Limited parking so get there early.

It was quite muddy more than expected trail shoes may have been better. Nice friendly event and will go back when it is drier.
3 loops on a mixture of grass, compacted paths and tarmac.
Great supportive marshals toilets and cafe after.
