Ally2 Debut at bal. this will be slow, fast and then furious. No slow just fast as rich weir front led to a division record of 8:11 so I was pulled along by a gateshead guy and Sesseman of blackheath to a 8:30.78. Took the Blackheath man with 1000m to go but he got me with 200 to go. 65 first lap, 66 last pretty constant 68-69 in between.
