Lisrun I have never got under 50 min for this race before, so I was pleased with my time. Its not particularly hilly, but not flat either. The previous two occasions were hot days and today was the same, but at least it always seems to be an early start. It was the same short first lap then a longer second lap with quite a few people out watching the 700 or so runners. Tee-shirt, pen and energy juice to all finishers.
