amys dad actually a 10k race now,compared to previous 10.6. tough course, so pleased with time,lost a bit last 3k but hung on for,i believe 10th place.

Flat Out Fi First race since the London Marathon and it went well! Course has changed since last year and is now 10k rather than a bit more! I was 2nd lady, Fiona T was 1st lady. Pleased with my time considering legs have been so bad since the marathon!!
