emmilou Cracking race - wibbles all gone by the time I'd set off that and I was so dosed up with Ibruphen!! Fully anticipated a 3.30 finish and really struggled to get going - legs still really feel like lead and is becomming a real problem :-( the first climb was a real real struggle everything was aching! The cloud cleared and it turnied into a beautiful day! Saw I was going to beat 3.30 and to finish in 2.45 which for me was bloomin brilliant!!
