scrappy lack of warm up and straight into a fast pace, not good over a short distance race for me...not to mention my lack of sleep over the weekend & eating & drinking crap in Amsterdam....but cant complain probably couldnt of done any better!!

Screeners I PB'd and I have no idea how. I felt like I was really struggling. My lack of training really showed. Started off fast then didn't have the energy to sustain it. But must have been faster then I thought. PB'd by about 42 seconds.
