Sezz So, so pleased with my time. Tought terrain at times ove the ploughed fields and the hill between 5 and 6k was a killer - everyone was walking it. I thought i might be doing quite well when I clocked 25:55 at the 5k mark - previous PB is 28:17!! Though mght have had something to do with downhill just before the 5k mark. Good weather for running and bodes well for my 10k pb at end of the year.
