Baza Good run, but slower than last year, possibly Templeton Woods on Sunday playing on my mind. Good conditions, cold but no wind. Ran leg 3 behind Neil & Kenny, started fine, eased up the hill onto Edinburgh Rd, then I think I slowed slightly. Picked up the pace over the last 1.5(miles) miles. Unfortunately we only had 3 runners, our 2 reserves were unavailable on the day.
